Head of Compliance

We are recruiting for a growing Investment Management business looking to hire their first Head of Compliance to join their office in Dubai. The role will require strong regulatory knowledge of both the UK FCA and Dubai DFSA regulatory regimes. This is very much a hands-on role and requires someone that will work well within a small and close-knit business environment.

Ideally the person will have held SMF 16 & 17 for a similar buy side firm. This could suit someone already in Dubai or looking to relocate to the region.

Salary: £100K-£125K equivalent (total comp £200K-£250K equivalent).
