Legal Counsel

We are recruiting for a tech focused Financial Services business looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their Legal function in a broad and wide-ranging role. Candidates should have around 2-5 years PQE and most importantly is the attitude & approach of the individual as this role will reward those with a proactive approach to working.

Duties & Experience required include:

• Drafting & negotiating contracts with a range of vendors. These contracts include, but are not limited to, software & data privacy.
• Employment agreement experience, preferable.
• Financial Services experience, including DORA exposure, preferential
• Communication skills essential. Must be comfortable working within a close-knit, multi-jurisdictional, team environment.
