Operational Risk Manger – Real Assets

We are working with a specialist Asset Management business looking to hire a Risk Manager to join their growing business. The ideal individual will play a key role in developing the Risk Management framework across the business working with key stakeholders across the firm.

This role requires someone that will continue to promote a strong risk culture across the business, educating staff on their continued responsibility to all be involved in managing risks across the business and as such, strong communication skills will be required.

Duties & Experience required include:

• Minimum 7 years Operational Risk experience, ideally from within a similar Asset Management business.
• Strong background in developing risk management frameworks.
• Previous exposure to emerging markets, preferable.
• Hands-on attitude, comfortable covering all levels of work as required by the role.
• Excellent communication skills, must be able to work closely with all levels of staff across the business.
