Exclusive – Legal Associate – Property – 6 Month FTC

We are exclusively recruiting for a specialist Property Investment Company looking to hire a Legal Associate to lead and manage all legal aspects of property transaction and real estate portfolio management for an initial 6 month FTC.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters related to property disposals and property management.
• Undertake corporate governance admin tasks including monthly dividend documentation
• Liaise with external parties to dispose of properties within the portfolio including the following third parties: –
  • Solicitors
  • Managing agents
  • Freeholders
  • Sales agents
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and property manager, to provide legal support on property initiatives.
• Represent the organisation in property negotiations.

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience (3+ years) in property or real estate law
• Proven track record of handling complex property transactions and litigation
• Ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions aligned with business objectives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
