HR & Compliance Manager

We are working with a niche Corporate Finance business looking to hire a HR & Compliance Manager to join their business. The role will give someone the opportunity to be the sole HR person with the need to work closely with the Head of Compliance on more administrative tasks. The role has hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 from home.

Duties & Experience required include:

• Strong HR background working within a similar Financial Services business.
• Previous experience covering some Compliance duties.
• Hands-on attitude, comfortable covering all levels of work as required by the role.
• Excellent communication skills, must be able to work closely with all levels of staff across the business.
